Every CURT class 3 hitch is meticulously designed to perfectly match a particular vehicle, ensuring an ideal fit and straightforward installation process. This custom class 3 hitch, in particular, is tailored to fit specific model years of the Ford F250 Super Duty and F350 Super Duty (For confirmation of vehicle compatibility, please refer to the CURT application guide or utilize the Vehicle Lookup tool). Its design seamlessly integrates with the vehicle's existing features, providing a dependable link between your vehicle and trailer.
To guarantee its performance, this Ford hitch undergoes rigorous testing in accordance with SAE J684 standards, verifying its capacity to support a gross trailer weight of 6,000 lbs. and a tongue weight of 600 lbs. Additionally, it is fully compatible with a weight distribution hitch, offering enhanced stability during towing with a weight distribution rating of 10,000 lbs. WD and 1,000 lbs. WDTW. The hitch features a 2" receiver tube opening that easily accepts a ball mount or other hitch accessory equipped with a 2" x 2" shank.
