Newest mini H8 H9 H11 LED forward lightings bulbs, fog lights or DRL(daytime running lights) replacement, brightness will differ when working voltage under 12V, when stock share the same bulb as DRL, and the DRL working voltage is under 10V, the brightness of DRL will dimmer than high beam.
Not compliant with DOT / FMVSS108 and not street legal in the USA for forward lightings. Legal for off-road use in ATV, snowmobile, and off-road racing use, only auxiliary for forward lighting.
