This specific custom class 5 hitch is crafted to be installed on certain models of the Ram 2500 or 3500 and Dodge Ram 1500, 2500, or 3500 (please verify its compatibility with your exact year, make, model, and style using the application information). The vehicle-specific design ensures a hassle-free installation, minimizing or even eliminating the need for drilling and modifications. Additionally, this hitch includes high-strength grade-8 hardware for a secure attachment.

This class 5 hitch for Dodge Ram models boasts an oversized main body crafted from high-strength steel. When not in use, you can install a hitch tube cover to safeguard it from dirt and corrosion.

Just like all other CURT custom tow hitches, our Xtra Duty class 5 hitches are proudly manufactured in the USA (though some hardware may be imported). Last but not least, our custom trailer hitches undergo an industry-leading finishing process that delivers unmatched protection against rust, chipping, and UV damage. It all starts with the hitches being meticulously descaled, ensuring a smooth surface. Following this, they are submerged in a liquid A-coat, providing the tow hitch with an initial rust-resistant layer both inside and out. Subsequently, a robust carbide black powder coat finish is expertly applied over the A-coat. Finally, these two finishes are cured together, creating a robust barrier that defends against scuffs, scratches, and the harshest elements.
