This class 4 hitch designed for Dodge Ram models has been constructed, rigorously tested, and rated with a weight carrying capacity of 10,000 pounds for gross trailer weight and 1,000 pounds for tongue weight. Additionally, it can be used for mounting cargo carriers or bike racks when necessary. Our process begins with the engineering of our custom hitches, which is carried out using actual vehicles and the latest technology. The fabrication and welding stages blend manual and robotic methods for both precision and efficiency. Subsequently, each tow hitch goes through a comprehensive finishing procedure. The hitches are meticulously descaled both chemically and mechanically, followed by immersion in a rust-resistant liquid A-coat to protect them inside and out. They are then coated with a highly durable black powder finish. To conclude, we subject all of our tow hitch designs to rigorous testing at our in-house research and development facility in Detroit, MI, adhering to SAE J684 standards to ensure safety for you, your team, and your cargo.
