It all starts with the hitches being meticulously descaled, ensuring a smooth surface. Following this, they are submerged in a liquid A-coat, providing the tow hitch with an initial rust-resistant layer both inside and out. Subsequently, a robust carbide black powder coat finish is expertly applied over the A-coat. Finally, these two finishes are cured together, creating a robust barrier that defends against scuffs, scratches, and the harshest elements.
